Master Certified Life Coach, Unique J Life
Violet Hobokela Mwandenga is a seasoned life coach and mentor with over 17 years of experience in empowering individuals to live with purpose and integrity. Her journey began after earning a BA in Economics and Geography from the University of Dar es Salaam, where she joined the Tanzanian government, dedicating 13 years to anti-corruption efforts at the Prevention and Combating of Corruption Bureau (PCCB) in the President’s Office.
In 2019, Violet relocated to the United States, embracing change and drawing inspiration from mentors like Brian Tracy and Medhat Zaki. Her resilience was tested when her three children were abducted by her husband in Bellevue, Washington, but their eventual reunion fueled her mission to transform pain into purpose. This experience led her to establish Unique Journey Life Coach.
Violet has co-authored a book with Brian Tracy and, within three years, founded two businesses and a nonprofit organization. As a speaker, author, interpreter, and life coach, she ignites hope and empowers individuals through her Positive Mindset Ladder program, particularly supporting newcomers, immigrants, and refugees in embracing their talents.
Additionally, she partners with global organizations to empower families through The Global Family Plus Institute and has recently become a Virtual Financial Literacy Facilitator and Mentor for the Tanzanian government’s initiative, "Mambo ya Fedha Ujanja Fedha." Violet’s life exemplifies how purpose can emerge from pain, as she dedicates herself to helping others navigate life’s uncertainties with confidence and resilience.

Alpha Mshihiri
Founder, I am Awaken
Alpha Mshihiri’s story is one of resilience, reinvention, and transformation. From humble beginnings, he built a multi-million-dollar mortgage business, funding over one billion dollars in mortgages—proving that success can be created from nothing. His journey didn’t come without challenges. When the 2008 economic collapse forced him to close his business, Alpha didn’t give up. Instead, he used his expertise to play pivotal roles in some of the largest financial settlements in history, including the $3.5B OCC settlement and a landmark case with Countrywide Home Mortgage. One of his proudest accomplishments was shaping a $25B rescue plan with UnitedHealth Group, which improved the VA’s referral program, reducing wait times from eight months to less than a week. But it was when life dealt its hardest blows that Alpha discovered his true purpose. After personal struggles in 2013, Alpha embarked on a nine-year journey of self-discovery, refusing to let his circumstances define him. Diving deep into ancient wisdom (The Bible, Quran, Sanskrit, Gita), modern psychology, and neuroscience, Alpha emerged with a passion for helping others. Through his organization, I Am Awaken (www.iamawaken.com), Alpha now shares the tools that transformed his life, guiding others to unlock their potential and rise above their challenges. Alpha’s story is proof that no matter where you start, or what life throws your way, transformation is always possible. His mission is to help you realize that you are the architect of your own destiny, and with the right mindset, you can create a life of meaning, purpose, and success. Through Alpha’s guidance, you’ll discover that the power to change your life lies within you—waiting to be awakened.
