Directions to the taxi or rideshare area at the airport

At Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS), taxis and rideshare pick-up for passengers arriving at the airport are located on Level G of the Rental Car Facility, under the Consolidated Rental Car Facility, and just north or behind the Red Garage.

To get to the taxi and rideshare pick-up area from the Barbara-Jordan Terminal, you can:

• Exit the terminal and use a marked pedestrian crosswalk to the garage. Take the shuttle, elevator, or stairs to Level 2 of the garage.

• Use the pedestrian walkway between columns J and K to the taxi and rideshare pick-up area.
